Red Alert 3

got a pirated version. great game so far, they made it a lot less confusing of an RTS. reminds me of starcraft.

anyone interested in LANing this game sometime? you can do the entire campaign on coop with 1 other player too, pretty cool. can only be done if played online, there is no Local Network Coop Campaign option.

i have the iso and crack for anyone interested.

alright so stephen and i had a painstaking fun time trying to get the LAN network on RA 3 to work. heres how it went:

stephen was connected to my router wirelessly. i was using an ethernet. the internet was up and running. i tried hosting a game, however when stephen tried to join, it said we were using the same CD key. so, we reinstalled and made sure to use different CD keys in the CD key generator crack. booted it up, still no luck.

i then unplugged the modem, so we were still on the same router however we had no internet access. still no luck. THEN, for the heck of it, stephen tries hosting. it works. except it constantly would kick me out of the game within 10-15 seconds of me being in, so we had to set everything up really quick and press start.

we played about 4 or 5 games, no issues. im curious to see if this will work for us.

so we doing it this weekend or wut?

i would like to attempt it, yes. i suppose we can play it at Andys tomorrow (friday)?

fyi, theres a crack so that we can update to version 1.03 (fixes bugs, most notably with pathing). we'll distribute it at the next LAN if you dont get it before then.

well, we have Red Alert 3, which weve had a blast with both times we LANed it.

also, Left 4 Dead beta is open to the public, so we could do that. i have it preordered, cant wait.

Red Alert 3 sounds awesome. I'm assuming you guys have everything we need for the game? We should be able to lan it off the apartment switch through Gateway, but if not we have a wireless router here and a 5 port network switch/hub. Bring some cat-5 cables if you got them pl0x.
