Good tournament games?
what do you think are some games that are worthy of tournament status? mind you, this has to be a popular game that is atleast remotely fair for each player and is worthy of putting money on the table.

yeah... it's totally different to be a noob at abbreviations... some people don't like being lazy and typing out the whole name... therefore no confusion, and therefore no one asking for elaborations, and therefore world peace...
Re: Good tournament games?
i was suprised to see Mario Kart on your list. do you like that game?

Mario Kart is a game of luck really, there's no real way to garentee a win based on strategy.
But yeah, it does appeal to casuals more than a lot of the games we play.

Yeah. A doubles tournament with Double Dash would be great. Personally, anything less that $1 seems to me like people would be thinking "What's the point of paying anyway, $1 is so close to no dollars."

Re: Good tournament games?
id be up for playing for nothing, a tournament is still fun to play in if you enjoy the game.
however, ofcourse this is very early beta and this is a tournament between friends. the cost of it will defiantely be more than a dollar when we get big tournaments and people outside our circle of friends join in.

If anyone has any suggestions on how we can LAN this game without stream I would greatly be appreciative of that advice. I've gotten the game to run without Steam, but I cannot search for Lan games without steam running apperently?
stephen F. might have some insight on that.
