Ninja Gaiden 2

i've started playing this, and it's been pretty fun so far. I haven't been able to dedicate alot of time to it, because for some reason, i can't sit and play video games for a long time, cause things get repetitive and i get bored and aggravated. Then again, i haven't been into the Ninja Gaiden series, so i can't really be a judge. I like it though.

Buy it at Best Buy and you get a free ninja gaiden wall cut-out. It's like a normal poster, but it's only the logo and the ninja dude and it has auto-sticking abilities =P.

I haven't heard much about the game, let us know how it goes.

yeah, ninja gaiden games are fun. they're difficult which is what makes them fun to me. i haven't played the new one , so i don't know if it's any good.
(although, i'm pretty sure that it would fall into the action/adventure game catagory.)

Not this one. It is mainly about the fighting and has very little platforming like the first.

from what ive read on some other gaming sites, its catagorized as an action/adventure.

i personally have not played any of the Ninja Gaidens, but was befuddled when i heard the second one was going to be a 360 exclusive. the first one was a Sony exclusive.

i applaud you for using the word befuddled.

the boss battle against Alexi( Greater Fiend, Ruler of Lightning) is on top of the Statue of Liberty in New York...

negatory Lawke. Ninja Gaiden was XBOX exclusive for 3 years then they re-made it for the PS3.

I beat Ninja Gaiden 1 1/2 times but I don't know if i'll like this one since it's less adventuring and more non-stop 20 enemies on the screen action; fun, but maybe reppetitive.

exactly my point Shadowspine... I get bored really easy, and since it's repetitive, i get tired of the constant fighting. I like games like Zelda, where it's kinda challenging but theres action involved. HA! Action and Adventure... there's my point.

well, i'm at a boss battle in the arctic battling a magma based Stegosaurus... and whenever i defeat him, he blows up the entire area... killing me and making me start all over again. it's severely pissing me off.

Tron, you need to play a game called "I wanna be the guy." Search google for it, it'll pop up. I think it'll calm you down, great game.

thanks for the heads up on that boss, I just borrowed the game today. I started playing it on "way of the warrior" difficulty and its a lot harder than the original. I can see myself having a lot of fun with this game if my gay XBOX didn't freeze up every twenty minutes.

not a problem. it took me 4 trys to figure it out. theres a lot of extra stuff in the game. i found a silver Xbox symbol that when i interacted with it, it made me glow and made the xbox startup sound. not sure if it gave any attributes, but it was cool to find. theres also Crystal Skulls to collect... (Indiana Jones... maybe)

OH! i love crayon physics... but once again i've been cut short by mac and it's inadequacy to the gaming world...

Dude, it's a fun game.

I got past that dragon boss on the first try; If you run far away before he explodes you don't die either. This game isn't winning any story awards though, I have no Idea what's going on beyond killing fiends, ninjas, and robot ninjas. To think there's actually a plot here is flabbergasting.
