New Tipcs Show as Old Topics

When I log in, none of the updated topics are showing as updated, so I don't know what information is new and what is old. Anyone else having this problem? I see no red circles next to topics, just green ones =(.

i think there was just a span of time where nothing was updated... i had the same thing happen, but at the time there was no new info...

It seems that there IS new information for me, though. Like just now, I had to click the scrolling "What's New" box to find updated threads such as this one, and could not have browsed through the forums normally to find the ones that had new posts.
