Knoxville Party (10/17)

Here's the Knoxville update Tim was asking about.

Everyone who's coming should give Brittany $15 for gas, round-trip. Pretty cheap in my opinion, it costs me at least $60 =P. You guys will probably leave around 6:00pm-7:00pm Friday night, as Andy doesn't get off work until 5:30pm. There's a small chance that Andy won't work past lunch time Friday, so talk to him if that happens. And remember the jump from central to eastern time about 30 minutes outside of Knoxville.

DIRECTIONS: Even if Andy brings his gps, I don't know if it's updated to reflect the new construction on I-40 in Knoxville. Someone call me or Rick when you get close to the city for better directions, but basically you want to stay in the second to left lane the entire time and eventually take the Henley St. exit. You'll stay on the road until it turns into Chapman, you cross the river, and take a left at the third light onto Lippencott St. You'll drive for about a minute and see a big "Gateway" sign. That's where our apartment is.

SCHEDULE?: Friday night we'll just play video games and whatnot. Saturday, Andy's parents are driving up to go to Dollywood. He said they'll be in Dollywood from about noon to 7 or 8 at night, so anyone who wants to come with can. I'm going... tickets are $50 though =(((. I think Rick is grilling burgers out Saturday for whoever doesn't go to Dollywood, but that was planned before we knew about Andy's parents coming for the park. If we do get to grill out, they'll taste good this time, we swear. None of that "Great Value" bull-shit. Saturday night we'll have Knoxville friends over, Smash Bros., Rock Band 2, girls, drinking, perhaps a dance party, the usual Knoxville weekend college stuff.

lol, Tim, I was just posting our grocery list because Aaron always writes over it and we can't read the groceries... heheh. To counter-act Tim's bold statement, You guys don't need to bring or pay for anything here in Knoxville unless we decide to eat out one night. Feel free to help yourselves to our drinks and foodz. You all just need to pay Brittany gas money which was last calculated at $15 a person; it could end up more or less.

Umm, I'll update about this weekend, I just need to know if you guys are staying Friday AND Saturday night or just Friday or Saturday night? We'd love to have you both nights, and I know Brittany wants to stay for two.

Oh, Andy, I dunno if Dollywood is going to work unless we all end up going.

thank you Mikey and the rest of the crew for an awesome weekend. i really needed a weekend to get away from the crap going on in my life (and in Smyrna) and this weekend was exactly what i was looking for.
