i also just got CoD WaW. it has 4 player coop, its pretty fun but its almost exactly like CoD4 just a WW2 setting.

/sigh. WWII =(. They need to make WWIII games now!

I bet it's still fun though, because, well, COD4 was =)

Oh, and we're thinking about going to see the new 007 movie sometime this weekend if you're up for it. Or we could go to the UC and watch the Dark Knight for $2 on campus. Just some ideas.

yeah, and theres a Zombie Nazi mode you can play too. looks to be a lot like Left 4 Dead just CoD style instead of Half Life. would be fun imo.

I haven't played Left 4 Dead. Do you have it for PC, Tim? If so can I get a transfers here in Knoxville pl0x? I guess you don't since it's not out yet. Our go-to-man might be able to get the full game, though. He usually can up to a week before final release.

I personally didn't care much for the new CoD. I played the beta and i wasn't impressed.

my best advise is to treat CoD WaW as an expansion to CoD4. same game, different setting.

i dont have Left 4 Dead yet, it comes out next Tuesday, but the demo is open to the public, and that is what i have been playing. me and stephen played it online together with 2 other people and had a blast. we played it for about an hour and a half, and that was just the demo. it is an amazing game.

it would cut down on transfering time when we get there if you guys go ahead and DL Steam and the game before we get there.

fyi, you DL steam first, and then inside of Steam you DL and install Left 4 Dead.

also, im borrowing Stephens external hard drive with all the pirated games were going to play on it, so no need to use AIM or whatever for transfering.

Also, you guys up for CS and StarCcraft? We have CS here I'm pretty sure, but we'd need some help with StarCraft. I may still have my old discs, but I wouldn't know in which pile of cd's to look.

hmm getting L4D pirated is a bit harder than i thought.

it has to be accessed through Steam to DL and install it. only single player works pirated, LAN will not. if theres any chance of you guys letting it DL during the day before we get there, that would be nice.

if not, dont worry, we have plenty of games to LAN.

But you can bring the demo DL'd .exe right? I thought steam would just load that file to install for the demo.
